To purchase or enquire about a work please contact yvelaine

Upon receipt of your email we will write to you discussing all details relating to purchase and delivery.

 

Payment

Once payment has been agreed, we will issue an invoice which will include the cost of the paintings plus the additional cost for delivery.

 

Method of payment:

a) transfer money into our bank account

b) by cheque

 

Payments are accepted in pound sterling (£) or Euros (€)

Delivery takes place once we have received payment in full for works . Upon receipt and clearance of the specified amount, we will send the purchased works to the delivery address.

 

Availability

These paintings are sold on a first come first served basis. We are however willing to reserve a painting for a reasonable period, please contact us to arrange this.

 

Delivery

All paintings are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during delivery to your specified address.

The delivery time is about 5 - 9 days .

Every effort is made to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your purchase.

 

Provenance

These works came directly from the artist to the owner in 1965.

A letter of provenance will come with any of the paintings sold.

 

Cost of Delivery

Delivery is NOT included in the price of any painting sold, carriage and insurance costs are charged on top of the price of the works and depending on the country, Import Tax may also be included in the price for delivery.

 

In the event that goods are damaged in transit the seller takes full responsibility for refunds and returns.

Damaged Goods / Insurance Claims

If you discover damage to the painting, please notify us as soon as possible. We will not pay for any third party delivery/collection charges. You must include the original packaging materials with the artwork when returning any damaged goods.

 

Miscellaneous

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
